General Conditions

By using our Service, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of it or access it without our express written permission. The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and won’t limit or affect these Terms in any way.

Products or services

We want to inform you that there are limited quantities of our products and services, and they can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return Policy. We have done our best to show the colours and images of our products accurately in the store, but please keep in mind that your computer monitor may not display them correctly. Our product descriptions and prices may change without notice, at our discretion. Additionally, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We have the right to decline any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel the quantity of items purchased per person, household, or order. This may include orders from the same customer account, or credit card, with the same billing or shipping address. If we make any changes or cancel your order, we will try to contact you using the email and billing address/phone number you provided when the order was made. We also have the right to cancel orders that may seem to be made by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You must ensure that your purchase and account information is accurate and up to date, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. User comments, feedback, and other submissions

Please refrain from posting any content that is defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Additionally, please ensure that your comments do not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. Errors, inaccuracy, and omissions

At times, there may be mistakes or incomplete information about product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, transit times, and availability on our website or in our Service. We have the right to correct these errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to modify or cancel orders if needed. We are not obligated to update or clarify this information, including pricing, except as required by law. Please note that the update or refresh date mentioned on our website does not necessarily mean all information has been modified or updated.

In addition to other prohibitions, as set forth in terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. 
(c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances. 
(d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others. 
(e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability. 
(f) to submit false or misleading information. 
(g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet. 
(h) to collect or track the personal information of others. 
(i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape. 
(j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or 
(k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We cannot guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nor can we guarantee that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. We may remove the service for indefinite periods or cancel it at any time without notice to you. While we strive to provide a helpful service, your use of it is at your own risk. The service and all products and services provided through it are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without any express or implied representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service. This includes any errors or omissions in the content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our Warranty

Most of our products comes with a standard 1 year warranty. Some other brands come with a longer warranty term such as Leatherman comes with a 25 years, Led Lenser 2 years but if you registered your product on their website the warranty is extended to 7 years. Some brands may come with a longer warranty but this is covered by the manufacture or the NZ import agency and not Blade Master. All items under the Specials & Clearance comes with a 30 day warranty. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents or damage arising from misuse of the product. If there is an issue and you feel you are covered by the warranty please get in touch with Blade Master first. Do not try to fix it yourself and do not dissemble the product yourself as this voids the warranty. In the case where the product has a defect we will repair or replace and if it cannot be fixed we could replace with alternative product or provide a full refund for the cost of the product excluding shipping costs.   A proof of purchase will be required for warranty purposes. After assessing the product and it is proven not to be faulty there will be charge for shipping costs for us to return the product to you.

Restocking Fee

We may charge a restocking fee of minimum 15% of the purchase price if you change your mind after purchase.

Products out of stock and backorders

We try our best to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, but there may be occasions when something is out of stock. If this ever happens, we will contact you as soon as we can, we will advise the lead time for new stock to arrive if you wish to wait or you can change your order to something else so we can despatch your order immediately. If neither is possible, we will provide you either a store credit for the value of the purchase or a full refund.

Indemnification

By accepting these Terms of Service, you promise to protect and defend Blade Master, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claims made by third parties. This includes claims arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or any related documents, as well as any violations of the law or the rights of others. You will be responsible for any reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of such claims.

Severability

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will still be upheld to the maximum extent allowed by law. The unenforceable portion will be removed from these Terms of Service, but this decision will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other remaining parts.

Governing law

The laws of NZ and your country will govern and interpret the Terms of Service as well as any additional agreements we provide for our Services.

Changes to terms of service

You can always find the latest version of our Terms of Service on this page. We may choose to modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time, and we will post any updates or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for any updates. If you continue to use our website or Service after we have posted changes to these Terms of Service, you are agreeing to the updated terms.
