This classic Victorinox (Victoria) sharpener is made of high-carbon chrome-vanadium steel, which, after hardening and annealing, meets the strict technological requirements. By using this sharpener, your knives will always be very sharp.
The steel wire has good proportions of the individual elements: a 27cm working surface and a wide handle ensure good stability of the tool during knife sharpening. The handle is made of beech wood.
