Returns

Thank you for considering our products. Before making your purchase, we want to ensure that you are aware of our refund and exchange policy. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, but please note that we do not offer refunds if you change your mind. However, we are happy to exchange your goods within 10 days or provide a store credit if you have proof of purchase, and the goods are in their original condition. Please keep in mind that a minimum of 10% restocking fee may be charged in some cases. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Act to provide a remedy. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable. To ensure a smooth exchange process, we ask that you return unused items in the original packaging.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in such cases. However, if you receive a faulty product that cannot be fixed or replaced, we will be more than happy to provide you with a refund.
