We provide 1 year warranty for our products, except Leatherman provides 25 Year Warranty and LED LENSER provides 5 Year Warranty from the date of purchase. All items under Specials & Clearances comes with 30 day warranty. Our warranties does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents or damage arising from misuse of the product. If there is an issue and you feel you are covered by this warranty please get in contact with us before sending the item back to us. In the case where items has a defect we will repair item or replace the item if it can’t be repaired. If neither is possible we will provide full refund for the cost of the product excluding any shipping costs. A proof of purchase will be required for warranty purposes.
We will try to make sure our product description are as detailed as we can, but we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as expected. So we are happy to exchange items, or provide credit to be used for alternative purchases in our store.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt before sending your order back to us as it may get declined and returned to you. Proof of purchase is required to get an exchange. Products returned to us must be in resalable and original condition with packaging, instructions, and labels returned with the item.
CHANGE TO ORDERS
Due to a high volume of sales we are processing orders Monday’s- Friday’s. Once you have submitted your order and payment accepted you may not be able to make changes to it. Please check your order, your address before submitting your order. If you feel you have ordered the wrong item please contact us immediately as we may be able to change it before your order is picked up from the courier driver.
Once you receive your package, there is an issue with the item, like colour or wrong item or any other reason that you may wish to return or exchange an item, we are happy to try and sort this out for you. However, charges may apply to cover freight and restocking or exchange.
Note: we do not offer refunds for changes or change of mind or errors in ordering.
PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK AND BACKORDERS
We try our best to keep our stock levels accurate at all times but there may be occasions where we are unable to fulfil your order. If this ever occurs we will contact you and provide an update of eta of when the product will be back in stock and whether you wish to wait for backorder, or can source a replacement product which we can despatch immediately. If neither is possible we will provide you either a store credit for the value of the purchase or a full refund.
PAYMENTS, SECURITY AND PRIVACY
All your payments will be processed and secured by Payment Express. We will not distribute or allow access to any of your personal details you provide while shopping at Blade Master website.
